Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

 

An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Starting at $50/hour

Commercial Painters

The commercial painter is responsible for providing industrial spray painting, priming, and coating on multiple surfaces, as well as installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.

​

  • Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years industrial/commercial painting experience is often required, but long years of experience is often preferred. Employers are also interested in commercial painters with knowledge of Taping and Floating Drywall, Drywall Finishing, and floor coatings.

  • Responsible for the application of varnish, polyurethane, primer, paint, and other specialty coatings

  • Choose premixed paints or mix the required pigment, oil, thinning or drying substances to match the color spec

  • Mask and prepare structure surfaces for coatings 

  • Blend and reduce paint systems and apply paint to meet specifications 

  • Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of paint 

  • Repair and remodel imperfections

Starting at $20/hour

General Contractor I

A general contractor should able to follow specific instructions and plans. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team on a variety of tasks including but not limited to construction, painting, general maintenance, etc. The shift would be between 40 hours weekly with a 9am-5pm work day. The ideal candidate will be punctual, have reliable transportation and a always have a mind for safety and respect towards coworkers.

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to work from ladders/scaffolding and lift over 50 lbs.

  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoors

  • Must understand and exhibit experience in the follow areas: electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, drywall, and tile work

  • Perform various carpentry tasks that include installing cabinets, hanging doors, and framing rooms, etc....

  • Replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and faucets

  • Complete drywall finishing needs for new and existing drywall installations

  • Maintain clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
